So I am having an issue with my locker pump and decided to disassemble it to see what I could do.

The evil little bastard in question. Wonder what's wrong with it?

The tag on this bad boy.

I used a pry bar to pull the top plate away. It has a nice seal under this plate, but more on this later.

The assembly under here is a pressure cutoff switch AND a venting switch. Super cool design and we'll made.

Bottom side wherein you see the two air taps into the plenum.

Here you can clearly see the water ingress. It appears to have come from the motor casing area.

Here you can see that there is STILL water in the motor after 3 months since I forded.

I think if the shaft hadn't been rusted in place the motor would have come out easy.

So it looks like this unit would be fairly serviceable. It's possible to remove and replace the valving or the motor as needed. The diaphragm pump and air handling is all one piece.
