My '95 Montero's tachometer does not work, so I have no cruise control, either. Does anyone know of a place that will test and rebuild a Montero speedo/tach cluster?

I am not an expert, but I believe the issue may be something else.

Was this after the ECM rebuild? Where does the tach signal come from?

What I am saying is that the cluster may not be your issue. The tach signal may be missing.
