Getting the Wheeling Fever
After a cold start my '02 runner idle will bounce between 800 and 900 rpm for about 20sec and then settles down to a steady state. Any ideas what could cause the oscillation?

The IAC may be dirty. you can remove it from the throttle body, clean it with electronic cleaner and see if that cures the problem. also while in their clean out the throttle body /etc.
