In case you haven't seen the latest on the quake, its epicenter was in Napa which is northeast of San Francisco. AKA the North Bay.
I'm east of the Bay Area by ~50 miles now. Carlos is in the South Bay. Russ Anderson is in the North Bay not far from the epicenter and I haven't heard from him since the quake. Has anyone else been in contact with him.
