Getting the Wheeling Fever
So a few years ago the Harmonic balancer bolt sheared off, then a "buddy" said I will use my tool and get that sheared off bolt out for ya. Well he snapped his hardened steel pull out off. Fast forward my son who just turned 15 says "Dad I was hoping to have the Monty when I turned 16" So i had it towed over to a local shop where they are going to pull the engine and replace the crank. Today the shop owner called and said I need to replace 3 tension pullys and should order the parts myself to save $. Anyone know where to order these and at a good price???

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

The 2 tensioner pulleys for the alternator are available aftermarket. NAPA P/N ATM 155-3401, these are designed like the OE so no modifications are necessary. Gates P/N 38042 will also work for cheaper. You'll just have to stack 5 8mm washers behind them to space them correctly. I've used both with good results. The one for the AC that's on the drivers side is only available OEM Mitsu or salvage.

Body Damage is Cool
I'm wondering how you happen to have the bearings in all three tensioner pulleys go bad at the same time - sounds like a shop that's adding some unnecessary repairs to your bill, or is just too lazy to properly determine which pulley is actually making noise.

IIRC the bearings are replaceable in all the pulleys, its just a matter of pressing or pounding out the old bearings to get the numbers off of them in order to order new bearings.
