Hey guys, I've been on here for a while, on and off really. The last few years were pretty up and down for me, between college, trying to get myself settled and planning a cross country move, life has been hectic! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> Had to sell off all my monteros to get down here, but I'm in Mesa now. Bought a house, picking up a Gen 1 next weekend, thanks to TOASTY, consider him the official liaison for new transplants into montero territory (arizona). I've gone from being the only guy in town with a montero to a guy in a town of monteros. I'm exited. I'm sure many of you dont know who i am, ive had a couple SR's one on 35's, one on 37's, rebuilt the quad cam 3.5 myself, loved that truck, had another gen 1 on 31's, drove it from LA to michigan and then i had a 97 sport i was doing a solid axle swap on and aborted it so i could move. guy in michigan bought it and is finishing it up. infact, it runs and drives now. Monte3, we're swapping the original carby motor back in and going to try to revive the A/T that's in it (we may have found the problem(s)). Also notice my car in this line of fine machines?
