2.6/MT - tcase removal - specific gaskets to get? #1075896 12/29/14 02:47 AM

I've either got a leaky rear main or input shaft seal. Either way, the gearbox is coming down in the next month. Thinking I might as well swap the Mark's (aka: "Aussie") setup for a stocker so I can sell the super sweet crawler setup to help fund my Gen 2.5 purchase before summer. I'm planning on replacing the big square gasket on the bottom of the gearbox while I do this, and I'd like to ship the Aussie tcase complete with new gaskets for the next owner.

Any tips, suggestions? I'm pulling the stock tcase off the parts truck next weekend before it goes to the shredder. (Unless anyone local wants to throw me $200 for it.)

Thanks as always.

Think I might need to come by and see if there is anything I could use off it

1 input and 2 output seals is what you need, get OEM seals.

Thanks, Adam.

AZR, Josh (AlphaMale) and I will be loading it up for the shredder this coming Saturday morning. I'm not going to be able to meet up much before that, so let me know. Cross streets are 51st Ave and Thunderbird. I can PM you an address if you'd like to stop by.

Thanks.
