I hope everyone is awesome. I bought a 91 suburban and I'm out of the Montero life, for now... If my dad hasn't posted here lately, he is doing fine. I had several messages asking about him. Friggin bachelor livin the dream it would appear.

Check out my ad in the for sale section. I'm getting rid of all my Montero parts. Help me pay for my Masters Degree! Also if you are hard up on cash and really need a mechanical part I have listed, I'm flexible on pricing. I know how it is brothers and sisters!

I followed a Suburban up a moderate trail in Colorado one time, and it was a hoot, he would just pinball off trees and obstacles as he went, and with so much body metal you can cave it in for a long time. Then at each big obstacle he would swap out his drive shaft for a massively bent one, drive up smashing on ledges and rocks, then re-install the straight one. A suburban certainly adds challenge. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />

Yes I can still make them for now. I may get a job at Delta soon and that would put me out of the business. I need to post the files up here for the good of all. Any water jet place can cut them I'm sure.

And yes the Burb is interesting off road. I miss the Montero but I needed the extra room. Wife said choose one of the other. I'm working on making my machine a great overlander but nothing hardcore like the Montero could take.
