I'm in need of some new side mirrors for my 89 raider. I currently have the single point anchor with the two screw holes into the exterior door panel. Just checking to see if someone might have a set on a spare rig or know of some good universal ones. The universals I've come across, I haven't been impressed with.

Toyota pickups of the same era have similar mirrors to the upscale Montero pieces. Also, PeteD successfully installed late model Wrangler mirrors on his flying tomato Raider a few years ago.

Ive always wanted to try these aftermarket pieces from Rugged Ridge. here in the Midwest, I liked the idea of adding heated side mirrors. Especially handy 1/2 of the year here! Rugged Ridge side mirrors w/ LED marker lamps and heat! But if you like the looks of stock/factory - I have about 12 spare mirrors, nearly all the larger dual-mount LS style. Jim

12 spare? I've been looking for a set to get rid off the crappy little mirrors on my raider.

Those rugged ridge one's were pretty nice but kinda pricey. I found a set on an 80's toyota what are collapsible. They had the rubber seal and all the glass. $40, I was able to use the forward most existing hole, drill a second and use the oem screws. Looks good to me! If I can figure out how to post pictures I'll put one on in case anyone else runs into that issue in the future.
