When posting pictures, I would be appreciated if you would limit their size to at least 640 pixel wide...
With respect to your question, I do not own either type of vehicle. However....
Mazda does built a quality vehicle. Jeep does build a quality vehicle.
That brings the question down to what do you expect from the vehicle?
At first blush, if I were to chose between either, it would be conditioned by a lot of caveats. Based on the specs of both vehicles, I would buy either as neither vehicle fits within the specs of a vehicles that meets my needs.
I drive 30,000 plus miles per year. Both vehicles offer increased fuel economy which I a plus. However, neither provide tow or load carrying capacity that I require.
Second, neither vehicle has the ability to accept a low-cost suspension lift to accommodate the off-road capabilities I require.
Overall, it depends on your driving conditions and how close the vehicle will accommodate your requirements.
Personally, if you are looking for a 4x4 that will provide a dependable grocery getter in a variety of weather conditions, I would lean to the Jeep Patriot. Or, I would broaden my choices and take a look at the Kia Sportage. That is another quality vehicle that I would consider above a Mazda.
Thanks for the feedback, sorry about the images they were just the first ones I got.
Yeah neither of these cars would be my choice but my friend throught I could help being a jeep owner but I don't know much about crossovers
Anyway I will pass this on
