I want to replace all of my vacuum hoses with thick wall silicone, but I'm not sure what size(s) I'd need. 3.5mm?

I'd like to know as well. Does one size fit all?

Getting the Wheeling Fever
I just bought some from HPSI Motorsports, they are in Oklahoma so I'm partial to them, I wanted 3.5mm but went with what they had which was 3mm. It works fine. I wanted to replace all my vacuum hose so I went ahead and bought 6mm, 8mm, & 10mm. That covers PCV, Evap, brake booster and most anything else that I could measure. This is on my 98 Montero so YMMV.

6, 8, and 10 I bought their minimum which was 10 feet on 6 & 8 and 5 feet on the 10. This is more than enough. The 3mm I stocked up, 40 feet. I have other cars so I like having it around. I think you could get by with 15 feet of 3, 5 feet of the 10, and probably around three or four of the 6 & 8, maybe less.

Cool, probably going with http://www.verociousmotorsports.com, they sell it by the foot.

I had their link saved too and went back and forth between them before I ordered. The guy in Oklahoma I had bought some Alfa Romeo parts from years ago and of course I got the hose the next day. Hope it works out for you okay. I've bought from Verocious before too and they have good hose.

I also got mine from HPSI, I picked up 70 feet of the 3mm. Why 70 feet, you ask? Because the 7 colors they offer, in 10 foot minimums ($1.20/ft), match the color coding stripes on the original hoses, if you use silver/grey for the white striped hose. I figured this would be appreciated in the future as I traced the stunning number of vacuum circuits on the 3.5, and figure Mitsu techs would figure it out pretty quick if they were ever to work on it again. I am very impressed with their hose by the way.

Body Damage is Cool
And since the typical auto parts store hasn't realized that 80% of the cars on the road today are metric and need metric hose sizes, it's good that you've found somewhere that can provide the correct hose for our vehicles.
