Here are a few more options that I think would fit the bill. These are aluminum billet cup holder from Santana Interiors. I'm thinking the horizontal cup holders can fit one on the left of the steering wheel and a matching one on the right close the the little triangular windows fitting flush on the dashboard.

Yeah, very expensive. I have a machinist buddy who I want to run this past. I would want one slight modification. I think it should protrude out just a little further.
