I bought parts online and they have taken the money, but my order is still "processing" and I can't get a hold of them.

I had to bug them. Took forever to get back to me and they didn't have the part in stock. They had to order it, week went by still no part. Asked for my money back and they said they sent it out that day next day air. It showed up next day

Would I order from them again? Maybe but it would not be my first choice

The first time you order it's silly slow but after you're card and info is in their system it's more reasonable.

I've always ordered and received my stuff within 3 days. That is typical of almost all my ordered. I've had one order in the past 12 months that was "processing" due to the lack of inventory on my 1989 parts. But once that was done it was shipped emmidiately to my home.

8 out of 9 orders were prompt. Bruce Titus mitsubishi is very close to me in Oregon. Perhaps that has something to do with me getting my orders so fast. It's only one order placed and it was back ordered.

I've had similar experiences with them and with Southwest Mitsubishi (oemmitsubishiparts.com) as well - no communication when a part needs to come from Japan, just the silence of no parts showing up at my door. Apparently customer service isn't high on their list of things to do.

I just placed a $300+ order with them, and my previous experiences have been similar to the ones stated above. In the comments section of the order this time I asked that they split-ship in-stock, special order and backordered items. I also mentioned I was a forum member here and I would gladly promote their service level based on their ability to communicate the status of the ordered parts.

So, we'll see. Again, the expectations are set pretty low, based on experience.
