Getting the Wheeling Fever

My 84 ram 50 with only 34,000 has a cracked manifold. The previous owner (redneck) drove it with the original coolant and overheated the piss out of it. Any luck? I can't put headers as I have to pass california emissions . I will check in the morning with mitsubishi MD014466 but I'm sure it's obsolete. How about the head? Where do people get a new head from? I do not want to put some old junk on this truck as its so nice. Not sure I need a head but oil got into the water.
