Check the SEO settings as the tags don't make much sense.
Do you have a bigger image to use for the cover? It looks a little blurry to me.
The editor function provides full support for html features. I like to use tables to display side-by-side images to reduce white space.

Thanks John. I fixed the tags... didn't realize I could make my own. Much better...
Also put the two pics into a table. Yep, basic stuff that I guess I haven't done in a while. Done.
The "cover" image is where I'm having difficulty. Doesn't seem to matter what I do, if I upload an image as "cover" it turns very pixelated. The last one I just uploaded was 2048x1152, and yet it looks like something off the first digital camera I bought in 1998... Am I missing something here?

Okay... so what it seems is happening is... I upload a cover pic. It shrinks it down to 200x112 and puts it next to my beginning blurb in the list of blog entries. But it also takes that shrunken pic and inserts it at the top of the article, only it tries to pump it up again, and the result is what we see...

I upload and inset as a standard picture. I try to stay about 100 px in height.
You can upload full size and that should cover the resizing up issue.

Okay, take a look now....
I found a setting for the "Cover" option and it was set to "full size"
I shut that off and it now puts up a 480x480 as default size.
