Hi guys and gals new to this forum I was lead here threw my search for 3.8 or 3800 swap info...I'm in the process/ gathering info and parts for the swap..I have a 3800 fwd and i'm wanting to run a manual I know everyone rags on me for it but i really want to stay a manual..I could do auto with manual valve body but dont want that...I know a T-5 fits the bolt pattern but my questions are everyone says they fit but what about spline count? also people say that the starter is on driver not passenger so how would that work along with which starter to use? I have a 83 datsun 720 that I'm doing the swap to so will my stock master cylinder hold up to the t-5? What clutch assembly would I use does the 2.8l that the t-5 comes out of work for that? Any info is much apreciated thanks!
