I have a Nissan V6, the VG301. the timing belt was changed before i bought the truck. It has absolutly no power. I did a comp check. and the left 3 cylinders 85 to 90 PSI and the right 3 have around 115. Im thinking it may be either a bad/cheap belt, or off a tooth. I thought i read somewhere that aftermarket belts usually have problems. What does anyone know about these issues? I pulled the timing cover and the marks on the belt line up with the cam marks. but i didn't tear it down far enough to check the crank mark.
