Got a lighter trailer to use this time?

I'm taking a cue from you, and grabbing a U-haul car trailer. It should be a couple thousand pounds lighter than that last one. I just picked up some helper springs for the Chevy, and I'm going to leave early

I just checked, and the stove uses a standard propane bottle. I have several that all came from the tank exchange at the hardware store. They all fit. No worries

(I'm not sure when/if I'll be able to swap Ro-day-o D-44s with you, but I'm gonna try to make it happen. --- I'll let you know what things look like for me on that front ASAP.)

Andre - What do you mean æI won't be in a hurryÆ ???
I would've imagined you'd be chomping at the bit by now to do some 4-wheeling (in the driver's seat)!!!

What I meant was that I'm going to take the trip up with the trailer slow and steady. Meaning that I'm going to drive within the limits of my equipment, and not put myself and other drivers in jepardy . I'll take nap breaks as necessary to let the tranny cool down. Hence the "leaving early" part.

You'll also notice that I've planned my trip so that, even if I don't get in till the wee hours of Friday morning, I will have two full days of wheeling before heading back. I'm making the assumption that someone with some knowledge of the trails will be there Thursday night/ Friday morning.

I don't think I will truly sleep well till I know for sure that the truck is completely ready to go
