Need a Spot
I'm new to this site so please bare with me. I currently have a 1995 Kia Sportage ex with a SOHC 2.0. And is thinking about swapping to the DOHC. Does anyone know what will have to be done to do this? And if the tranny and motor mounts will match up? Because I want to run 31/10.50/15s but I'm afraid the SOHC won't have enough power to turn them. And does anyone have a SOHC Sportage build?
Thanks!

5.38 gears are going to be much more beneficial with 31" tires than a SOHC engine swap.

I'm running 30x9.50x15 on my 2002 two door with stock gears. I have to downshift on mild grades because it doesn't have enough power. My next mod will be 5.38 gears.
