Need a Spot
Hello and Hi,

I recently purchased a 1990 Gen1 LWB 3.0 v6 Montero that is in a rather sad state. I am really excited about it. Have done a couple of mechanical fixes and have a couple of big projects (valve stem seals and lifter) ahead of me.
Something I saw the past week (a lot of snow in CO) is that when i shift out of 4H the wheel lock light on the dash stays on, I need to mention that i do have auto hubs on the truck. If I switch the truck off for a minute and back on again the light is off. I also saw this morning that when I was backing up to park the light also went off. Any advice if this is normal. Do i need to give the hubs a good clean or is there a relay that might be stuck.

Really exited to use this forum and learn from you guys! I have been studying the valve stem seal replacement page!
