I don't think so. At least, not that I'm aware of, or have noticed.

my rear dropped at least an inch, but I have a '96 4x4 and I have noticed that that year was a bit taller to begin with.

There were different ones depending on what truck and year you had.

Kinda depends on the condition of your current springs. If they are sagging, then yep you should realize and increased ride height with new springs. The dealer refused to replace my springs since they subjectively determined they were ok. I did get a slight increase in ride height from the new bumpstops they installed as part of the recall.

Do they install shorter Rear Bump Stops?? I've never had the TSB done - cause I put new springs and shocks myself - but I think having shorter bumpstops mught help my rear articulation.

Can I just cut 1/2 or 1" off my current bumpstops?

I went in and had mine done a month or so ago and the ride quality is better. The bumpstops are now a weird (sp) cone shaped thing that comes way down but they flex and compress. They are kinda strange but no complaints so far. My rear travel doesn't seem to be affected, but it sure feels better when towing. You don't get that harsh "bottom out" feeling when there's weight in the back.
