I thought I had a better photo on this roll, but I'll post this one for those of you who might be trying to figure out how you want yours to look...

I just cut the switches and slid them up the "ramp", then screwed and glued them to it. I lost half of the little cubby hole, but kept the heater and everything else pretty much stock.

***EDIT** I should mention that I was able to get away with this because I used Roger's short throw kit on each shifter. I highly recommend them.
