I know not the FS forum, but thought I'd give you guys first dibs...I'm selling a hardly used Thule Spare-me rack. It works perfectly with the stock 235 75 R15 tire but NOT the 31s or larger. Great rack but had to get bigger due to the larger tires. The rack allows centering of the bikes with the offset tire. Here's a description

and some pics...

New-$139..I'll sell for $75 plus shipping.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
We just gave the Yakima "Roc'NGate" Rack the inaugural test, and it worked out nicely. At $250-or so on sale [some time ago], it's a different price point, but really solid [and heavy!]. We had to be able to let the Pooch out of the Hatch quickly at Rest Stops, so only a horizontal, foldaway-type Rack in the 2" Receiver met that spec...

Yakima

BTW, Yakima also makes molded "C" pieces that match the elliptical profile of the MS '00 Roof Rack exactly: P.N. "23H Mighty Mount". With some clevis and cotter pins & washers, I converted our cheap, but paid-for, "K Mart" Roof Carrier so that it can be top mounted and dismounted pretty quickly.

Although the Yakima Rack has a built-in, keyed cable lock, a pal suggested slamming one looped end of a coated cable inside the Hatch door, and locking the other end around the Bike[s]. He also makes a practice of parking next to someone with much nicer, pricier Bikes as part of his theft-prevention strategy; something easy to do in Steamboat Springs CO.

The right-sized loop on a beefy chain could also be captured by the Lock end of a 5/8" Receiver Pin Lock. I'm checking out different ways to ensure Security because it looks like removing 2 bolts and nuts allows one to lift out the entire vertical section of the Yakima Rack; a weird Security oversight on the part of their Designers, given that this bolt-removal task would take ~20 seconds with a Battery-powered Drill...
