Getting the Wheeling Fever
Hi All,
Thought I'll tap in to you vast knowledge, where is the front axle vent on a 1993 Bighorn sorry Trooper located (V6 3.2 DOHC auto)?
I found the rear one blocked tonight and an axle seal leaking, so checking the front would be a good idea.

Peter,

Just a guess based on late model Isuzus, but you should be able to see a black rubber hose coming up from the front diff into the engine bay. One popular spot has always been to clip it to one side of the radiator. Lay under there with a flashlight and you'll find it. Isuzu has been using vents raised up into the engine bay for years. Late model Isuzu's actually use trick hard metal lines and a special little sheltered box at the firewall.

Thanks Doug,
I'll have a look in the morning as the sun is just setting here.
The back vent only went up to the chassis member in front of the fuel tank, so that needs to be fixed, more so since it broke off as I unscrewed it
Thanks
Peter H
