99 Amigo with auto tranny. Went to shut off ignition the other day and the key is stuck. Will turn about halfway off, "just" enough to turn off radio/accesories. I think it's similar to if you try and turn off key with tranny in gear. I tore apart the console over the weekend to check the park interlock cable and it appeared to be fine, also reached up by steering column and cable appears to be intact. I'm starting to think I may have a bad key cylinder, now I just need to figure out how to remove the lower dash panel, what a pita.
Anyone ever have any similar problems?
Joe

Joe - someone on the edmunds rodeo forum had this happen. Wound up being the interlock cable was bound up / out of position somewhere in the steering column. They got the key out by jiggling the cable a bit under the steeing wheel <img border="0" alt="[Drunk]" title="" src="graemlins/drunk.gif" /> . G/luck Joel
