After a false start, we are now able to offer space on our server for our moderators. While we've never been able to offer volunteers (or staff) anything tangible, this is one way we'd like to say thanks for your effort in making 4x4Wire.com such a great place.

If you'd like to take advantage and have your home page on 4x4Wire, you need to understand and agree to the following:

• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, Helv, Helvetica, Sans">This space is to be used exclusively for personal websites and should generally be 4WD-oriented. Having some personal stuff is fine, but the focus should be on your vehicle, trails, etc.</font></li>
• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, Helv, Helvetica, Sans">This space is not to be used for commercial purposes.</font></li>
• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, Helv, Helvetica, Sans">We will impose some basic common-sense guidelines. Essentially, keep it clean.</font></li>
• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, Helv, Helvetica, Sans">This space should only be used for images and text. That means, no movies, music, games, programs, etc.</font></li>

I will set you up and email your account and server info (it may take 2-3 days or so). You should not share this info with anyone! These pages will remain so long as you are associated w/ 4x4Wire; if you separate or are separated, all of the contents will be deleted immediately.

I'd like to go ahead and get the space ready to go, but haven't figured out what to put there unless I move my current site. May need to if I add any more to it as I'm about out of space. BellSouth has a 10mb limit...

Would like to do something new, creative but don't know what that is yet... Maybe the long road trip out west this fall will give me some ideas and material....

What would be the amount of space provided?

The amount of space available isn't hard coded, but should be reasonable - I dunno, 25 or 50mb. Just so long as no movies, games, music, etc are uploaded, it's pretty loose.

I'd like to get in on this. I've been rebuilding my site for some time now and am finally starting to get it done. Kind of like my stupid skid plate thing, get all fired up about it, work like hell and then nitpick the crap out of it and take exponentially more time to get to completion...
