I've read in a couple posts about a fix to the never ending dilema of broken or stripped exhaust manifold studs.
They state that the head can be tapped out to 7/16" and GM rocker arm studs can be used in place of the Toyota exhaust bolts.
Correct me if I'm wrong (which I hope someone will) but don't GM rocker arm studs look like this?

If I'm wrong, can someone please clarify this exhaust stud 'fix' ?
Thanks ! [ February 12, 2003, 07:52 PM: Message edited by: mxitup ]
