I'm comtemplating selling it with everything, or parting the big stuff and selling it with 235's on there. Jim, do you have that set still?

Unfortunately, no . I gave them away to a tire shop, just to get rid of 'em, as a had 0 luck selling them. They probably don't have them anymore, as this was about three months ago.

Cool. If you do want to sell it I have a set of 15 x 6 Mitsu rim you can put on it. I'm you could find a set of used tires for cheap. The 33"s were the nice BFG's right? They should sell for a good price. Glad to see it back.

After 4 months and 10 days my rig has been found.
That's awesome to hear. Glad you found it!!

Missing was my GPS, tool set, and my entire sound system (amp, subs and head unit).
Before buying a new system, I'd buy an alarm. It's not full proof but it keeps mostly honest people honest.

well, it's a bitter-sweet conclusion to this story ... sweet you got it back, but bitter that it will end up sold and you won't get to wheel it anymore

had an '88 Montero, then an '04 Rubicon ... sold 'em tho

Fellas,
I'd love to keep both rigs, but i know neither will stay a daily driver if i should keep both.

My toy is going on 35's with 5.29's (SAS) in the near couple of weeks.

The second i saw the montero i considered cutting some stuff, tubing all around and making it a wheeler too.

Unfortunately it's not economical to keep both, and with the SAS on my toy, it just seems like it's already to go. I would have to go searching to get my Monty ready to go. Also, the toy has a dual t-case option, which is what i want in my wheeler.

Thanks!
Christian

Ray Sala,
I remember when you called me right after my rig being stolen. I was in one of my classes and had to leave to answer the phone call. I meant a lot to me that someone would call and ask how everything was. Someone i haven't even met!

BTW: I gave my Toy an alarm the day after i bought it.

Oh and don't worry, i'll still have the monty for a couple weeks, atleast until school starts, then i won't have enough time to work on it. If it doesn't sell, then i have to keep it for a DD/ Trail Rig, my toy will be my extreme rig.

Eric,
It was on Pro Comp 33's, the custom cuts were sold to a guy in the forum They were 32's.

Bwahahahaha Ray, if you saw his Toyota, you would realize how funny it sounds to say keep it as the dd and build the Montero. It's a nice trail rig and soon will be much nicer (SAS).

I'm going to be getting Christian's 4" Superlift for my Toyota soon because that IS my dd. I'll be able to swap the 33's between the Toyota and the Raider.
