Valve stem seals seem to be our main culprit from what everyone posts, even more so on the 3.0 liter engine. But, owners with the 3.5 report changing their out too from time to time. Maybe a 3.5 owner can add to this. Houston <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

Yes its the valve stem seals.
I replaced mine last summer. Around $1200, but call around.

hey does anyone know how hard a job this is and where to get new seals and a new PCV valve? I noticed my oil pressure is pretty high and that could be the reason.
hey 94 Monty, did you do any of the work yourself or did you just take it in and have it done? I wonder what it would cost to just take the heads to someone and have the seals changed out.
