 99-02 runner sport rims on 98 runner a good combo??

before i buy the factory 5 spoke rims that came on the 99-02 runner sport, i was told to contact my dealer to make sure they will work on my 98 runner. i know they didn't change much from 98-99, but i figured i would as you guys anyways. you all seem to be more knowledgable than the dealer, and that is why i came here instead. thanks for any and all info.

Just to clarify (and nitpick), 99's and 00's came with different wheels than the 01's and 02's.

bflooks, yes they do. i took my old 99 rims and put them on my 98. pics of 5 spoke w/ xterra step tubes Bob

I've had 00 rims on my 96 for about 50K miles now. They're the same - just different. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
