I got my e-locker wired up today to go along with the 4.30 gears that I put in last week. Thanks to Tom at Trailcarnage for the help installing the rear axle and front diff. Now, I need to try it out.

Nice, how did you make out $-wise? Got about $1300 in everything, including a little labor $ to Tom for the help on install- -entire rear axle w/ 4.30 gears and e-locker -entire front diff. with 4.30 gears -inchworm wiring kit -new axle seals front and rear -Mobil 1 gear oil Diff's had 17k miles on them. I still have my rear axle and front diff to keep or possibly sell.

That's very cool. I have been working up to the same swap for quite a while. I have a 4.30 e-locker third and 4.30 front diff. I am still planning to get an arb installed for the front.
How long did it take you to install the front diff? Any tips? What steering/front suspension components did you have to remove/disconnect?

How long did it take you to install the front diff? Any tips? What steering/front suspension components did you have to remove/disconnect? Front is much faster than the back, most difficult part is getting the breather line back on the diff. I disconnected the sway bar and the four bolts on the bottom of the lower a-arm at the hub. Then I took a hammer and tap and tapped the axle out of the housing while still connected to the hub. Just pull it out and lay it aside (it will still be connected to the truck). This keeps the alignment, and the diff. came out in about 45 minutes. Does that explanation help any? If not I'll give you my phone number when you get ready for your install.

That's what i was hoping to hear. I've replaced front IFS diff seals before and it sounds like pulling the full ifs diff out requires only a few more bolts once the axles are out.
Did you swap any parts from the old diff onto the new diff, such as the ADD?
We'll see how long the rear takes. I just hope I don't run into any snags.
The next step for me is to run the wiring and test out the e-locker diff that's been sitting in my garage for months.

The next step for me is to run the wiring and test out the e-locker diff that's been sitting in my garage for months. I didn't swap any parts, just unplugged and replugged. The rear takes a while just b/c of all the locating equipment for the axle, the brake lines, and it takes 2 people. For some reason when I reinstalled the parking brake line it was much tighter. It was actually dragging the brakes, I could not figure out why, so I just adjusted the screw on the handle to loosen it just enough to stop dragging. The rear takes easily twice as long as the front if you are swapping the entire axle.

you'll love the elocker. Did you test the wiring before you installed everything. I had a little problem w/ the wiring and had to use a completly new diagram. My rear came up to $1300 total. Not to bad for you on the pricing.

Sid I tested the locker motor before I bought it, but I did not test the wiring?
