Body Damage is Cool
Does anybody know where to find a good junkyard with Isuzu
in the Bay Area, CA ? I went today to the Oakland's
Pick'n'Pull but I found just an older Trooper stripped
to the bones. Are there some better places ?

Thanks
Oleg

I found the Isuzu Hyundai yard to be a bit on the pricey side. I have found a much better selection, and much better prices here: http://www.car-part.com/
check it out!

Car-part.com is great for narrowing down what is in your area and getting an idea of the price range for the part in question. I find it to also be a valuable tool that can show the part interchangability(is that even a word?) between years & models.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
There is another Isuzu/other_make yard just down the street and around the corner from the aforementioned one in Rancho Cordova. I found them to be nicer and not charge as much, and they let me walk around their yard. Plus there is a Pick&Pull type of place around the corner as well. They had a 3.1 V6 Rodeo engine and tranny there for less than $200 one day when I was there. And an Impulse turbo setup would have only cost $57.
