hey i have a 4runner with the 22re in it and when its really cold outside when i firts start it up it wines like a supercharger and i know its not supercharged anyone have any clue what it might be oh and it only does if for like the first 5 mins its running once warm it goes away

Could it be a belt slipping? Tend to slip easier when cold.
