Bob, the 4th works for me in Long Beach, 'round 3-ish?

The resturaunt I'm thinking about isn't all that big, but I think it will work if we don't come up with a better solution. It isn't all that far from the 405 either, just exit at Lakewood, head west to the traffic circle (Los Coyotes Diagonal), then south on PCH. It's called Pancho's and is on the left side as you're going south. Like I said, we don't have to be locked into this place, just a sugguestion. There is also Polly's on what, Clark (near the North Police Station

Yeah there is also a crispy cream there so we can have desert, but pollys has that department well covered. on saturday i get off work at 530 so i may just be able catch you guys, hopefully i get it off, but most likely not.

BobG, are you the guy that i talked to at the hammers with the maroon? 4 runner and all the machined aluminum under your hood?
If that was you i was the guy that asked you 68 questions about getting that thing to pass smog.

Well, I didn't make it out to Long Beach yesterday. The auto trans went out in
my daily driver in Costa Mesa on my way there. Sh!t Happens. I will be heading
out there today (just grab another of my cars) and I'll check out locations.
I guess my biggest concern is parking lot, I personally don't care what I eat.
I'll cruise by the place Jim mentioned along with the two places I came up with.

I'll post my findings (probably start a new thread). Do we want to keep this
dinner meeting to Wheelers or open it up to the SUV guys?

Jim, looks like you're the May 18th Big Bear trail guy. Thanks

Yea Matt, that was me. I wish I knew that was you. I wanted to thank you
for the post on Bernie's. I went there and talked to Junior and he set me up
with Toy parts (needed for FROF Full Floater Conversion) and cut me a great
deal on price.

I'll git back ta Yall (sorry, that the best Texan I can do) <img border="0" alt="[Hillbilly]" title="" src="graemlins/notooth.gif" />

Getting the Wheeling Fever
/"back from the dead" voice/

Awww man, May the 4th is the same day as the Rim of the World ProRally in Palmdale! Is anybody going? I'm havin' conniption fits on deciding whether to bring the WRX or the truck!

I wanted to show everyone the layer of salt and rust I acquired after three years in Ahia.

yeah, all the guys over there are really good friends of the family and all around good people, always a pleasure to deal with..

They have told me on several occasions some guy herd about us from you on the BB, which is cool, it kinda helps out a friend's buisness, it feels good to send them customers when they have done so much for me over the years. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="images/icons/cool.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[Mr.T]" title="" src="graemlins/mrt.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[Hillbilly]" title="" src="graemlins/notooth.gif" />

Matt,
Actually it wasn't me. I picked up front solid axle front stuff for my conversion.
Must be some other guy. See, that's what happens when you let people know
about your secret Toyota parts source (it's good for me though). <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />
