Haynes produced one for 1995-2000 Tacoma's.

I called the 800 number today to see about ordering offical Toyota repair publications. There are MANY manuals to purchase and the total price is probably around $300.

Does anyone know if the Haynes 1995-2000 Tacoma manual is still good for a 2004 as far as basic stuff goes..ie...fluids, filters, belts, hoses, spark plugs?

Thanks

Lester

The manuals from the 800 number are factory manuals and they are well worth the money if you are going to work on your own stuff...

not sure if the 95-2000 haynes manuals are good for 2004, but i know that Haynes is coming out with the 2001+ manuals later this year. I emailed them and they replied, but couldn't tell me an exact date.

Hey guys,

I'm new here, just bought my Tacoma.... I'm a former Supra guy who saw the beauty of 4X4, so now that introductions are out of the way.

I know that the Supra guys had the OEM repair manual posted online for free use, do we have some of those resources available for us Tacoma guys?

The link is not working for me... Don't have passive mode in IE5 or mozilla.
Tried WS_FTP in passive mode, no good. Is there another way to do it?
Thanks.
