Getting the Wheeling Fever
I have a 99 TJ, 2.5L, auto, pretty much stock. A few days ago I was checking the levels in the transfer case, differential, etc. I noticed the front drive shaft had quite a bit of 'slop' in it. I could turn the shaft about 1/8 turn. I checked the rear and it seemed normal, much less movement. Jeep was sitting without 4WD being engaged. Normal? Problems? I have not checked while in 4WD.
