We have a complete series of front-end maintenance articles which will walk you through this. There are also some brake maintenance articles in our Toyota Section. In the maintenance articles, if you have ADD just ignore the stuff about manual hubs - you'll just have to pull off your ADD flange, which is equivalent to pulling off a manual hub body. Removing discs = great time to clean and repack bearings, new seals, etc. All of this is detailed in the articles above.

The disc is bolted to the hub from the inside. You have to remove the the locking hub to get to the big nut that holds the assembly together. It would be the perfect time to rebuild the hubs and "R&R" bearings gaskets the intire assembley here are some pics more info here look here

all you need to do is read a Factory Service Manual or a Haynes repair guide for your truck...if you have one.....that was the first thing i ever bought for my truck......documentation!!!!!!

A nice beefy pry bar will be a very handy tool. And some PB blaster or similar lubricant.
