i doubt it, the rears up front flex alot. i think something will hit alot.
don't know for sure though

The biggest issue is that you'll likely need more than 4 leaves in the front spring pack and too thick a pack will cause the drag link and steering J-arm to hit the u-bolts on the driver's side. You can use special flattened u-bolts (like OME sells) or a flipped ball on the J-arm (and an adjustable drag link) to get clearance for a thicker spring pack. Reason for the thicker pack is that rear springs are fairly soft, for example I run 6 rear load leaves plus an anti-wrap leaf on my front springs.

Another issue is that rears up front move the axle forward ~2", so you'd need adjustable drag link and torque rod, or x-over.

I would wait and save up the $$ for the x-over steering. When we did my buddies truck last spring the steering was scary enough on the street that my buddy opted for the x-over.
