My connection diagram says I need to attach one wire to "a terminal always supplied with power regardless of ignition switch position." Can anyone help me out here with a suggestion of where I should attach this wire? Thank you.

Battery? Fuse box? if you run it to the fuse box get a test light or meter and find a hot wire when the key isnt on, but try not to use the headlights or something important so you dont overload (although it shouldnt be a problem) but you never know. Then enjoy the XM, it beats the hell outa local radio

when you install an aftermarket stereo it has a constant 12 volt to it. as with a stock unit, when you remove the battery you lose your presets etc and sometimes have to enter a code. thats the 12 volts i'm talking about.

I was thinking of the constant power supply to the aftermarket radio. The reason is so you don't lose presets when you turn off the vehicle. Thanks everyone.

It should be a yellow wire to the radio...

BTW: Tis is what actually powers the radio... The "memory" wire. The "power" wire is nothing but a switch, like for a relay.
