22re -- i have three chips missing out of my oil pump, on the lip of the inner area, right where the front seal sits. do you think this will be a problem? i can email pics if you want to see, i dont have any pic hosting sites for the little bugger. tnx for any help. matt

Sounds like a good reason to upgrade to A EB high volume, I have a few used stock ones if need one. I would not run it, think about it what caused it to crack and will it get any better? nope. A oil pump is cheaper then a total rebuild.

Yes, e-mail me the pics! I have to see this! Be careful of hv oilpumps, the bottom end will run dry if you know what I mean!
