 neighbors 98 4runner needs a bit o help

His driver side mirror is loose. I tried prying on the black triangle that houses the tweeeter but afraid to break some tabs. What is the proper way to remove that plastic piece?

Pry down from the top, it's held on by a ball and socket, once the top is out just lift up a little to disengage the bottom clip.
