Has anyone ever used one of these? www.airaid.com/510-503_toyota.asp was curious if they work. Looks like I will be doing the deck plate mod this weekend. Lot cheaper then buying a whole new intake.

I had one on my 99 Taco, 3.4L and I did see a difference. I've since taken it off and it's for sale because I considering selling my Taco...

I have one on my YKK(year2000) taco. I have only ever noticed a difference when I am in 4WD.
But I did the deckplate mod with the cuttting of the intake pipe to the box and that was VERY noticable!

Infact I think it is great.
