does anyone know of any areas in washington that you can off-road at, and also camp in? i know there are plenty of areas where it is a no no to spend the night, but i was curious if there were any well known areas where it is ok... summer time is coming and it sounds like fun---

You should be able to camp just about anywhere on national forest land. Check with the rangers office to find out what restrictions are in place. In my experience, most Rangers would prefer you to camp in designated camp sites(primitive or developed), usually designated by a metal campfire ring, or one made out of rocks. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
More than tread lightly. Leave it like you were never there, nor anyone else. '90 X-cab 4.88's 33 BFG AT's, rr ARB, Headers, Ignition upgrade, cold air induction. '91 X-cab 5.29's 315's BFG MT's, rr ARB, custom bumper and flatbed

There is a lot of camping in washington that doesn' require a campground, or permits. Most of it is within an hour drive of seatte. I will send you a pm with phone number for discussion.
