I noticed that my recipe was missing something. After you fry the bacon reserve the bacon drippings and use them to fry up some home made croutons (don't over cook, use any old bread or fresh). These are awesome inside the fluffy egg omlet! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

THAT is the way to go for camp coffee!! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />I have had one for years. The first time I broke it out in elk camp the guys thought I was off my rocker. Well, I was drinking nice strong coffee while the perk pot was just startin' to perk! I now have converts!
