Getting the Wheeling Fever
Some of you might remember a few months back when my swb was acting up, We had gone through four tanks of gas in one week... anywho, i let it sit for a few months and then got time to really look into it, it turned out to be a bad cat and two bad plug wires, the thing is, the plug wires had corroded in the dist.cap and they were less than six months old... has anyone ever seen them corrode that quick? accel 8mm

Glad you got it fixed. The wires can corrode really fast if they are not pushed in all the way. The spark then has to jump from them to the distributor contacts, it makes them heat up and corrode quickly.

Stick with OEM cap, rotor and wires and plugs. There about the same price
