Body Damage is Cool
i havent posted here in a while....mainly because my troop has been on the shelf the last six months since the clutch plate exploded on it....finally with the help of air amigo i got it back togethor thi slast weekend, and except for a dead battery, it fired right up after a night on the charger. in fact i took it out again today and to mu suprise started up strong as ever....i guess an old warrior like that enjoys a vacation once in a while but is ready to se some action again. the main reason is took me so long to get back to fixing it was cause of this

thats the cruiser ive had for the last two months and its turned into a pretty sizable project....in fact today i just finished tearing out ALL the wiring...there is only maybe 4 wires still attached in the whole rig right now...tomorrow i will undergo the process of rewiring it all proberly....the po's had some crazy splicing and very creative connections going on there, and to say the least, nothign worked...except the engine, which btw is a big ole 402 out of a nova. lots of torque woooooooo
anywho we were thinking about seeling the poor old trooper, but it would seem such a huge shame since its been in my family since day one...so i think i convinced the wifey to keep it as a weekend warroir...since she sold her 4runner and bought a tdi jetta [Linked Image]
so at least that way she can still have soem fun while im tearing thigns up!!
anywho, just wanted to announce my return!

I was just going to call you, and see if you had a chance to drive it. Glad to hear your back in the Isuzu saddle.
