Body Damage is Cool
I thought an air/fuel ratio of around 12.5:1 produced the most "safe" power for a forced induction engine while providing the least opportunity for knock? My car is lightly pinging at 15 psi and I've been told it's because my car is running so rich (like below 10:1 rich).

I ordered a wideband from Gadget today, so I'll know for sure in the near future. I'm planning on around 11.8:1 for a safety margin.

That's the best description I've read regarding the effects of fueling on pre-ignition. Thanks!

Jeff great numbers. That is a lot of power from that little thing. Very clean looking too. I wish when I was out there last I could have come see it, but I think that was when you had a problem after something happend with the exhaust. I love your manifold, did you make that?

So when you going to go supra? JK <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/coolg.gif" alt="" />

But that is cool that you still have stock motor. Thumbs up on the coolnes factor.

It is better to make torque at high rpm than at low rpm, because you can take advtage of gearing.
