What the heck is this thing ? I got it off a 22R
when I pulled the fuel pump. It was in-line with
the intake of the fuel pump. Could it be a
non-adjustable regulator, or a second filter ?
Blows air freely from one direction and not quite
so freely in the other direction (direction of fuel flow). No factory markings on it.

Also, here's a pic of the vacuum switch for the
deceleration-fuel-cut system. Very simple device,
but not sure if it is working properly. Supposed to be a closed switch (continuity) with no vacuum
applied (I verified that). Supposed to open when
vacuum applied. I tried to manually apply vacuum
but it wouldn't open. Does this thing require
more vacuum than the diaphrams need to open ?

Body Damage is Cool
first pic is a "aftermarket" fuel filter ... not stock ....

the second pic is of a oil pressure sender ... for the "idiot light" in the dash .

Thanx for the response.
The second item may look like an oil pressure
sender, but the tubing led to the intake
manifold, so it doesn't make sense for it to
measure oil pressure.
