Getting the Wheeling Fever
At 35psi, every tire I have ever had on mine bounced like basketballs at high speed.
What does the Manufactureres sticker on the door suggest, assuming you are running original size tires?

I have them at 35PSI, what the guy at the tire place said to keep them.

I have Bridgestone Dueler ATs 265 70 x 16s and they need 35psi up front and 33psi at the rear to get an even wear pattern across the thread.. This is with the vehicle weight of 4540lbs..(The mods do add up). I have zero vibration in mine at that pressure.

Get them balanced properly..

I have 265/70 X 16 Revos set at 34psi cold on stock wheels. They are a bit "bouncy" at that pressure but no vibrations up to 90mph...

Balance and/or alignment.

I've never seen an out of alignment issue cause a vibration. Pull yes, vibration no.

Sorry to bounce in here, but how is the wear on your Revos? I was initially very interested in them, but it seems that people haven't been getting many miles. Just curious.

Cheers,
Mark

So far they are great, they ride great and my 4Runner isn't nearly as bouncy as it was with the BFG ATs. I'm going to Myrtle Beach next week, so that will be the longest trip I'll have put on the tires, and I'll let you know how they wear after that.

It's common on Toyotas for aligment to cause vibration/wobble in the steering wheel. If the vibration is felt in your feet more then its a balance issue.

Aren't Toyota wheels hub centric or something like that? I seem to recall they require a special balancing machine that many tire shops don't have.

have them re turn the tires and re balance them. return i mean deflate and re turn the tire to better balance out. good tire shop and mechanic will know what you are talking about prolly a few others on here know what iam tlaking about too. revo's should run like glass.
