It is Isuzu related.

And, I think many, MANY people here can understand the frustration. To know so much about the person hit your car, but NOT QUITE have that little piece you need to get them to pay.

I don't know if it's real.

I mailed him some public database information--she's not that hard to find (assuming the name is right--and the address matches up with the area he states)

It bounced back.

Either he can't get his own e-mail link right, or it's fake. Maybe a ticked off ex-boyfriend or something.
